The IMPAG Group was faced with the task of providing a modern, flexible and cross-group collaboration tool to their employees. Primarily, all e-mail functionality need to be migrated to the Office 365 infrastructure. Furthermore Skype for Business should be available for internal communication. Employees should also be able to enjoy an easy-to-use application access via a single sign-on solution.

The optimized setup of an identity bridge (ADFS / AAD Connect) enabled single sign-on for Office 365 services. Furthermore, the implementation of a hybrid Exchange infrastructure and the Mailbox Migration for the integration of mail and communication services was carried out. The launch of the Office 365 Suite took place in several countries and locations across Europe in five languages.
